SCRIP Waiver Delivery and Tuition Credit Form
We are encouraging everyone to place your SCRIP orders online at www.shopwithscrip.com.
All Bosco System families need to set up an account on shopwithscrip.com (even if you do not plan to place orders online). We need this account set up to track sales and tuition credit. We also need a current Waiver, Delivery and Tuition Credit form online.

What is SCRIP?
SCRIP is fundraising for our school while you shop and purchase items that you are already buying. This doesn't cost you any more than you are already spending.
How does SCRIP generate funds for us?
The Great Lakes SCRIP center acts on behalf of churches, schools and other non-profit organizations to purchase large amounts of scrip from grocery stores, department stores, and other retailers. Because the SCRIP is purchased with cash up front, the participating retailers offer a substantial discount. Our organization buys the scrip from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a discount, and re-sells the certificates at face value. The bulk of the discount - from two to fifteen percent or more - is retained by us, the Bosco System, as revenue. This program contributes a substantial amount of money to our school system each year.
Why should I use SCRIP?
When you purchase SCRIP, you earn tuition credit based on your purchases. 25% of the profit earned on your purchase is applied to your school account as a tuition credit. You accrue this credit throughout the school year through June 30th and the total amount of your credit is applied to your tuition statement in the fall. If you have a senior who is your last student in the school system, you will accrue credit through April 15th and will receive that credit prior to paying your final tuition bill before your student graduates. You can reduce the amount of your tuition simply by purchasing SCRIP on a regular basis for things you are already buying.
For example:
You buy a $100 Walmart/Sam's card and the profit earned is 2.5% or $2.50. You earn 25% of that profit earned or $.63. You buy a $100 Kwik Star card and the profit earned is 10% or $10.00. You earn 25% of that profit earned or $2.50. The school retains the rest of the profit earned.
Who can use SCRIP?
Anyone can use SCRIP. Parents, students, teachers, administrators, grandparents, neighbors, and businesses. Anyone who is interested in supporting our school system or in reducing their tuition for themselves or for their family members can do so by purchasing SCRIP. Ask your parents, brothers, and sisters to purchase SCRIP and apply the tuition credit to your account. Each family has a family ID number, if you do not know your number, please contact the school and ask for it. Family ID lists are located wherever SCRIP is sold. Anyone who purchases SCRIP and does not have any students in school and wants to give their rebate credit to another family can do so by filling out a form to indicate who the credit should go to. Ask for your form at either bank location or contact the school. You can also split your credit among more than one family. For example, you are a grandparent with 4 families of grandchildren in school. You can give each of them 25% of your credit towards their tuition bills. The percentages can be split any way you want, they just have to total 100%.
Where can I purchase SCRIP?
SCRIP can be purchased in several ways:
1. Shop online at www.shopwithscrip.com - our online shopping weblink. Purchase your SCRIP online and the order will be sent to school to be filled the following business day if you have paid for your order online using Presto Pay. If you choose to pay by cash or check, your order will be filled upon receipt of your payment.
2. Order forms are available at school or download an order form above (see link at top of page) .
Send your order form with payment to school with your student (K-12) and your SCRIP order will be filled that day and sent back home with your student. You must have a Student Delivery Form (see link at top of page) on file with the school to deliver SCRIP through your student.
3. Mail in your order form to school at the following address (please include direction on where you plan to pickup your order. We do not mail SCRIP out, as it is like sending cash in the mail and very risky):

4. Purchase SCRIP directly at Farmers State Bank in Gilbertville or Raymond Monday through Friday during regular bank hours OR on Saturday at the drive-thru window (please remember to only use the drive-thru on Saturdays). Have your SCRIP order ready when you get there if at all possible.
5. www.shopwithscrip.com - listed again as we are encouraging as many families as possible to use shopwithscrip.com - you may purchase SCRIP anytime 24/7 online and pay for your order with your debit card OR link your payment to your checking or savings account. A debit card is NOT required. There is a .15 charge for online ordering. You will need to set up an account and follow the enrollment process to get started with shopwithscrip.com - for instructions on signing up to use shopwithscrip.com see link at the top of this page or go to: shopwithscrip.com Family User Guide.

Some retailers offer RELOADABLE cards - you reload your card through shopwithscrip.com to add money to your card purchased through SCRIP. You can also get a few eCards through shopwithscrip.com called SCRIP NOW! - you purchase these eCards through shopwithscrip.com (using PrestoPay and your debit card) then you will receive an email with your eCard. The school earns money for these purchases and you also receive tuition credit for all these purchases.

Who are the vendors that I can purchase SCRIP cards for?
We have both local and national retailers participating in the SCRIP program. There are restaurant chains, grocery stores, gas stations, department and clothing stores, home improvement stores, book stores, photographers, video rental stores, office supply stores, shoe stores, toy stores, auto repair, car washes and more!
Locally, we also have several businesses that will make an automatic donation to our SCRIP program when you do business with them:

You should contact these individuals directly and mention the SCRIP program.
We can purchase SCRIP nationally for many retailers. Visit the national website at www.glscrip.com for the complete list of national retailers who participate in the SCRIP program. If there is a retailer that you do business with that is not included on our local order form but is available through the national company, please contact Kim Rottinghaus - SCRIP Coordinator. We can order SCRIP from anyone on the national list.
SCRIP Gift Certificates Available
You may purchase Bosco System SCRIP gift certificates at any time. We keep $10 and $25 gift certificates in our inventory at all times. They are available to purchase at any location where SCRIP is sold OR send your order to school for same day delivery. If you need a SCRIP gift certificate in another denomination please contact Kim Rottinghaus.
